Cortoon Shamrocks GAA are delighted to welcome Sinèad Bradbury, Senior Performance Nutritionist, to Cortoon Community Hall this Friday the 11th of April at 7pm. Sinèad will be hosting a nutrition, wellbeing and performance workshop for our adult players.

A workshop for our underage players and parents has been arranged for the 15th of May. More details to follow on this.

We look forward to having Sinèad share her knowledge and advice on nutrition and wellbeing.
